We are a full service meat market, so cutting a special steak or roast for you is never a hassle. We enjoy the chance to produce something special for you, the customer. We feel there needs to be variety in what people fix for meals. We pride ourselves on providing a unique variety of meats to choose from. If you are not sure how to cook it, just ask the butcher. Be prepared for multiple ways to prepare it!
